Return & Exchange Policy

We will only accept exchanges for items with manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or size errors. Please note that selecting the correct size is the customers responsibility, as we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided.


Returned items must be in a new, saleable condition, with the original packaging, pricing label securely attached, and accompanied by the receipt. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please note product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the description. Thus products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

Customization Policy

Please note that any customizations made to our outfits (e.g., size alterations, design changes ,extra linning or color adjustments) will automatically void any requests for refunds or exchanges. Customized items are made specifically to your preferences and cannot be resold, which is why they are final sale.

Additionally, bridal outfits are custom-made and tailored to your measurements. As a result, no exchanges or refunds are allowed on bridal wear.


We kindly ask you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order to ensure satisfaction.

Trousseaubyst team monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Trousseaubyst online and offline stores in all instances.


Refund:

 

We take great care to ensure that all items sent out are of the highest quality and free from defects. Each piece undergoes rigorous cross-checking before shipment to maintain our quality standards, ensuring no defects will ever be found.


Please note that we do not have a refund policy. However, in the rare case of stock unavailability or a defective product, refunds may be granted. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks after the returned item is received. Please note that all return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.


Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Additionally, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME FOR READY TO WEAR ITEMS:

Within Pakistan: 3-5 working days

International: 6-10 working days

Shipping time varies for customized items and will be mentioned on individual product detail page. 

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES:

Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.For Bridals we need 12 weeks and above and Heavy wear we need 8-12 weeks, its  first come first serve basis.
