Return & Exchange Policy

At Trousseau by ST, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our garments.

If you receive an item and believe there is an issue, you are required to:

Failure to contact us with valid proof within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will result in the issue being automatically voided, and the customer will no longer be eligible for any  refund, exahange, dispute or complaint.

We strictly do not entertain any claims made after the 24-hour window or without supporting evidence.

Any attempts to issue a chargeback without following these terms will be treated as fraud, and we reserve the right to pursue legal and financial action.
