Welcome to Trousseaubyst (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order through our website www.trousseaubyst.com (the “Site”), you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully, as these Terms create a legally binding agreement.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

At checkout, you are required to check a box confirming your acceptance of these Terms. This confirmation serves as binding proof of your consent.

2. Orders & Products

All garments are made-to-order couture pieces, crafted by hand. Minor variations in color tones, embroidery, and embellishments are a natural characteristic of handcrafted designs and do not qualify as defects.
An order is considered final and binding once payment (full or deposit) has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Production timelines are communicated at the time of order. However, delivery dates may vary due to production requirements, customs clearance, or courier delays. These delays do not qualify for refunds.
Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Customer.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the Customer.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

All made-to-order and custom bridal outfits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns are not accepted. Alterations may be offered only if a verified error is made by Trousseaubyst and are subject to our discretion.
Change-of-mind, sizing issues (if incorrect measurements were provided), or minor variations in craftsmanship will not qualify for cancellations, returns, or refunds.

5. Billing & Payments

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount (full or deposit-based).
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect details will not be refunded.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any issues must be reported to us at Trousseaubyst@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the order is deemed fully accepted.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Legal proceedings to recover the disputed amount.
- Submission of these Terms, along with order and delivery proof, as evidence to the bank.
- Permanent ban from placing future orders with Trousseaubyst.
Acceptance of these Terms at checkout is binding proof that the Customer knowingly agreed to our policies before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and product content on this Site are the intellectual property of Trousseaubyst. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or imitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the Customer for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
